Catalyst 61- name for our new facility
New Heart has a history of naming things from the prophetic voice of the Lord.
The name New Heart came from a prophetic blessing spoken over us 3 years prior to being an established ministry.
Today we have a new facility to house the ministry and in keeping with our flow the Lord has had us name the building something different from the name of the body of believers.
As we know the church is a people you are with, not a building you go to. Therefore, we sensed the Lord sounding out a name for the building that was different from the name of our gathering. While NHG will meet in this facility it is not who we are. We are New Heart Gathering that meets at Catalyst 61.
The Lord has desire for this building to be used for what He calls city church. We are to be stewards (a channel of which the gift flows) of this building and a host to other ministries in the city that have the Lord's heart for the city.
If you haven't guessed it by now, the prophetic word for the building was Catalyst 61.
a catalyst= accelerates the process or rate of change to something.
61= coming from the passage in Isa. 61 ( It is also located on Hwy 61)
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me
to preach good tidings...
to heal the broken hearted
to proclaim liberty to the captives
to open prison doors to those who are bound
to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord
to comfort those who mourn
to give beauty for ashes
to give the oil of joy for mourning
to give the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness
to rebuild the old ruins...
Put these two prophetic concepts together and you have a place that is intentioned to accelerate people's process so that they can experience all that Isa 61 says the Spirit is set out to do through His anointed.
